Founded in October 2004, Sichuan JXF Hardware Trading Co., Ltd. is a high-tech and tech-based private SME integrating R&D, production, sales and relevant technical services of auto parts and new energy EV components. Covering a plant area of over 20 mu with 150 on-site employees, we stand as a leading domestic manufacturer specialized in steering assemblies, drive motors, motor controllers, front & rear axle assemblies, frame lifting devices and matching spare parts for new energy electric vehicles.
The company has been awarded the Provincial-level Specialized, Refined, Unique & Innovative Enterprise qualification across four provinces. We hold official certifications including National High-tech Enterprise, National Tech-based SME, ISO9001, IATF16949 Quality Management System, Intellectual Property Management System and Environmental Management System. We operate a municipal-level Enterprise Technology Center, with our products certified as Sichuan Famous Brand. Honored as Sichuan Integrity Enterprise for consecutive years, we are recognized as an Industry Leader by Mianyang Municipal Government. Adhering to technology-driven development, we keep increasing R&D investment to boost independent innovation capacity. We stepped into the electric drive sector in 2017 to develop rear axle assemblies, drive motors and motor controllers, and realized mass production in 2022. Our current product lineup covers 3 models of 1124-series rear axles, 5 types of 3.5–75kW hairpin AC asynchronous motors, and 2 variants of 5kW & 7.5kW motor controllers.
Our R&D team consists of 21 technicians: 1 Professor-level Senior Engineer, 2 Senior Engineers and 2 Senior Technicians. We own 57 authorized patents in total, among which 5 are invention patents. We have built multiple domestically advanced testing platforms for steering column performance, power steering oil tank comprehensive testing, torque & fatigue measurement, motor development, gear inspection, metal material property testing and 3D geometric inspection of components. Equipped with more than 200 sets of advanced production & R&D facilities, including CNC machining centers, CNC presses, CNC lathes, CNC gear production lines, numerical control vacuum annealing & quenching equipment, flaw detectors, large laser cutting machines, automatic surface treatment lines, fork part production lines, robotic welding lines and dedicated hairpin motor assembly lines, we are fully capable of new product development and large-scale industrialized manufacturing. Our products are exported worldwide.
